Refund Policy

• All registration fees are non‑refundable once payment has been made.
• Refunds will not be issued for: change of schedule, failure to participate, weather-related cancellations, or disqualification.
• Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or payments made in error (with proof).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• Participants may cancel by notifying the organising team, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
• If the event is postponed or cancelled, participants will be notified via email, SMS, or official social pages.
• Organisers may offer an event credit, transfer to a future marathon, or alternative options.
• Mukuba Fitness Squad is not liable for additional participant costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).

Shipping & Kit Collection Policy

• Participants will be informed of kit collection dates and venues before the event.
• Items will not be shipped unless stated; collection is done at designated pick‑up points.
• Proof of registration is required during kit collection.
• Representatives may collect on behalf of a participant with registration confirmation.
• Uncollected kits after the final collection date will not be resent or refunded.
